The new year is often a time when we hit the reset button on our lives and break out of patterns that lead nowhere. We do this collectively at Grace each January through 21 Days of Prayer. God desires to be in deep relationship with us, and consistent prayer and communication with Him helps us to put the distractions of our day-to-day aside and focus on what is truly important. Join us for 21 days and make this January count!

Fasting is a spiritual discipline that aligns our hearts more closely with the heart of God and helps empower us to see breakthroughs in specific areas. Fasting is when we go without food (or specific types of food) for a period of time and instead direct our attention more fully to God. It helps us as believers to not be ruled by our physical desires but to grow in spiritual strength and control the desires of our flesh.
